Dear Roy and Julia:
I want to thank you both VERY much for helping Mayor John Ditslear welcome the mayors from the North Central Mayors' Roundtable to Noblesville on December 4th. Everyone had an excellent time. Roy is so great at making everyone feel special. I have a good picture with nine mayors from North Central Indiana with Elvis. Let me know how I can share the fun in that picture. All of the Mayors and their First Ladies complimented the performance.
